Snow Removal Opportunities 

Eastampton Township is seeking personnel who may be interested in assisting with Snow Removal Operations during the 2004-2005 winter season.  The Township wishes to have personnel on call to assist in snow plowing township roadways with Township snowplow trucks and removing snow from Township owned sidewalks.  The requirements for these positions are as follows:

Snow Plow Operators - Personnel can be male or female, should have a valid New Jersey Drivers License, preferably with a CDL Class B with Air Brakes, documented snow plow experience, and be available at any hour of the day or night before, during, and after an anticipated snowfall.  Salary, depending on qualifications, is $10.00 - $12.50 per hour.  The Township has the need for up to (5) five persons.

Snow Shovelers - Personnel can be male or female, should have a valid New Jersey Drivers License, be capable of using snow blowers and shovels, and be available during daylight hours during and after snowfalls.  Personnel would be responsible for clearing all Township owned sidewalks and applying de-icing agents as needed.  Salary is $8.50 per hour.  The Township has the need for up to (3) three persons.
