As Deputy Chief of Police for the Township of Eastampton, I continue to work hard in creating an environment that builds trust amongst the residents of our great town and its Police Department. I am a firm believer in community policing and providing the greatest service our officers can is what we strive for.
About Deputy Chief Snyder
Deputy Chief Daniel Snyder was appointed to his current position on May 1, 2018. D.C. Snyder is the first ever officer of ETPD to obtain this position and sits second in command to Chief Iacovitti. D.C. Snyder began his law enforcement career with the Burlington County Sheriff's Department prior to coming to ETPD. During his tenure with ETPD, he has worked as a patrolman prior to being promoted to the rank of Sergeant. D.C. Snyder had served as the Eastampton FOP President for eight years and has been honored as the Officer of the Year twice. The office of Deputy Chief and his responsibilites include oversight to the Patrol Division, firearms applications, Criminal Justice Records, as well as writing/updating department policies.
