According to the amended Fair Housing Act a municipality shall describe its basis for determining its fourth-round affordable housing obligation and shall determine its fourth-round Present Need and Prospective Need in accordance with the formulas established in the Act by resolution adopted on or before January 31, 2025.
The below Resolution R2025-39 as adopted by Eastampton Township Council on January 21, 2025 committed Eastampton Township to adopting its Fourth Round Housing Plan Element and Fair Share Plan (HPEFSP) pursuant to the amended Fair Housing Act.
The 2025-2035 Fourth Round Housing Plan Element and Fair Share Plan (HPEFSP) was prepared by the Township Planner Mark A. Remsa on April 30, 2025.
