Food Trucks are required to obtain a Food Handler Permit Application from the Municipal Clerk's Office, in addition to the Type 1 Fire Permit Application by the Fire Marshal.
Step 1: Complete the Food Handler Permit Application
Step 2: Complete the Type 1 Fire Permit Application below.
Step 3: Prepare for the fire inspection, using the Food Truck Fact Sheet and Fire Permit Terms and Conditions found below.
Step 4: Inspection by the Fire Marshal will take place approximately one (1) hour prior to the event.
