Cannabis in Eastampton Township

On June 14, 2021 the Eastampton Township Council introduced Ordinance 2021-12, Amending Chapter 540 of the Code Book of Eastampton, “Zoning” to allow the operation of certain cannabis licenses within the geographical limits of the Township of Eastampton.

• Will allow for Class 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 Cannabis Licenses in the Commercial Highway District;
• Will allow for Class 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 Cannabis Licenses in the Business Park District; and
• Will allow for Class 5 Cannabis License (microbusiness only) in the Town Center District, TCM3-C1 and TCO Overlay Zones
