Code Enforcement

Code Enforcement performs all appropriate functions regarding the investigation, identification, and verification of unsafe, unseemly, and unsightly conditions. If left unchecked some of these conditions could threaten the public health and well-being of our residents. The purpose of Code Enforcement is to ensure that:

  • Properties are properly maintained
  • Property owners, landlords, and tenants comply with all Township Codes
  • The lives, health, and property of all Township residents is protected
