Resale/Rental Inspections
- Per Ordinance 2010-4; 385-4 a Certificate of Occupancy inspection is required for all property resales or rental units whenever there is a change of occupancy and/or ownership.
- Prior to inspection, Owners are required to submit an online application along with the fee of $75. Requests for inspection received four (4) calendar days or less prior to settlement or renter's move in date will require an inspection fee of $125.
- Payments must be made payable to Eastampton Township and mailed or delivered to 12 Manor House Court, Eastampton, NJ 08060.
