Sidewalks & Driveways

Any section of concrete/asphalt driveway to be removed, or any removal and/or extension to an existing driveway, patio or walkway on the property are required to have a Zoning Application submitted to the Zoning Official, along with the current property survey and application fee.  For any specific zoning questions, please call (609) 267-5723 ext. 211.

 

Any sidewalk and/or driveway aprons within the Township right of way to be replaced are required to have an Improvements Application submitted to the Municipal Clerk, along with the required documents and fees.  Please note that any repair to driveway aprons also require a Road Opening Permit, and are reviewed by the Township Engineer.  For more information on driveway requirements please call (609) 267-5723 ext. 201.
 

Eastampton Township allows you to pay from the comfort of your home or office by using our online payment service.  Credit cards accepted are Mastercard, Discover, American Express or Visa.  Fees charged by the payment processing company for this service are as follows:

  • Visa/MasterCard/Discover Volume 2.65%
  • Amex – 2.65%
  • Minimum fee: $1.50
  • Online ACH Payments – Flat fee of $1.50

Electronic check payments may also be made using our online payment service.  Payments will be charged to your checking or savings account at your bank.  You will need your 9-digit routing number, as well as your account number from your personal check.  A per transaction fee of $1.50 will be charged by the payment processing company for this service.
