Finance:

The Finance Department and the Chief Financial Officer maintain custody of public funds, and are responsible for the disbursement of those funds.  This Department also maintains the Township's financial records, and the Chief Financial Officer is responsible for payroll and is the Certifying Officer for the State's pension systems.

Purchasing:

The Chief Financial Officer works with the Township Manager Kim-Marie White, who also serves as the Qualified Purchasing Agent.  Together they are responsible for administering the purchase of goods and services for all Departments.  Duties include: contracting for services, ordering supplies and services, paying for orders, and coordinating bid specification and orders.  All vendors are required to have a New Jersey Business Registration and completed W-9 form.
