Eastampton is very proud to be the first brick and mortar location for Charged Up Dance Fitness!

  • Owner Ciji Carr-McManus opened her business on December 19, 2020.
  • She has taught dance fitness classes for over six years.
  • Ciji also works for Rutgers School of Social Work in New Brunswick.
  • Classes are offered both in-person and through Zoom, each session cost $10.
  • Her unique uptempo dance fitness routines are set to music from a live DJ.
  • Clients love the mix of energy and music to relieve stress and get a great workout!
  • Classes are available very weeknight between 5-9 pm.
  • In the future Ciji hopes to teach dance full-time as she says, "It's my dream. It's my passion," Carr-McManus said. "It's everything."
